By accessing or using the TaxEase website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Services Provided
TaxEase provides professional tax calculation, advisory, and filing services primarily under Hong Kong tax law. The level of service is determined by the specific engagement agreed upon by the client and TaxEase.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for tax services.
- You acknowledge that TaxEase is relying on the information provided by you to perform its duties.
- You are responsible for the payment of all fees as detailed in our pricing section or service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
TaxEase strives for 100% accuracy. However, in no event shall TaxEase, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
